Due to a data entry error by a weary clerk in city registry, the name of the establishment was listed in all directories, and on the title, as “Bistro.” The name has grown on KC, and the surrounding community over the months. It isn't advertised, but word of mouth has caused it to have a growing reputation as that 'secret' hole in the wall place where friends take their friends to show them their latest culinary find, or where business partners take their clients to impress them, a place where you can find great food and a warm atmosphere. Those in the know are also aware that Bistro will do some catering as well.
